WHAT IS AN EXECUTIVE COACH?

An executive coach is a certified professional who coaches and trains executives and leaders of organizations. As executive coaches, we help our clients gain clarity of their responsibilities, develop confidence in their leadership, improve their decisive action, strategically create and accomplish goals, create growth within their departments, and sustain overall company competitiveness.

We also provide additional services, such as preparing company leaders for promotions into executive positions and helping executives improve their work/life balance amidst demanding work schedules.

WHY ARE SOME DIFFERENCES BETWEEN AN EXECUTIVE COACH AND A BUSINESS COACH?

An executive coach works with the leadership of an organization to refine their supervising, budgeting, skill development, time and team management, and prioritization skills. We also work with company leaders who aspire to advance into executive positions by helping them develop the required skills.

A business coach, however, will assist all employees in completing the responsibilities of their current positions and achieving their fullest potential according to their role within the organization. A business coach helps develop leadership – however, it is only one element of coaching and mentoring clients.

WHAT LEADERSHIP SKILLS DOES AN EXECUTIVE COACH HAVE?
